Service
After the last camera is mounted and everything is signed off and complete, we at OS Tech Group feel our job is still not done. We know that with any electronic system, issues will pop up from time to time that need to be resolved. Priding ourselves on our quick response time, we plan ahead by keeping general stock on hand in order to quickly address common issues that might arise on site.
Design
The key with any system design is knowing what devices and products work well together as well as being able to come up with a cost effective way to implement them to fit the customer’s budget. Our system engineers are some of the best in the business with the experience to back it up.
We will come to your site and do a full evaluation and scope, noting your needs and your budget. We will address your concerns and then tailor a camera system to best fit your needs while keeping it inside of your budget.
Installation
After the job has been scoped and designed, it is time to do the installation. Our project management team will keep you up to date from the beginning to the end of the project. We believe communication is key to any successful installation and keeping the customer informed is the best way to do this. Our installers are professional, punctual and will treat you with respect.
Maintenance
With any complex system with moving electrical parts, things are going to break down, need cleaning, or just like your car need some general system maintenance to keep it performing at its best. Keeping with the car analogy, you wouldn't run your car for years without an oil change, tune up, or new tires. Some of the maintenance services we would perform are; a general hardware health check, video storage check, camera lens cleaning, and DVR and NVR cleaning, and software diagnostics. IP Camera Systems
With the majority of our technicians coming from an IT background, it made it really easy for us to transition into the IP Camera world when the time came. IP Camera systems are a different animal from the Standard Definition camera world, but with their complexity comes a great image and tons of new features not offered from a standard analog system.
Some of the great benefits to an IP Surveillance System are HDTV quality video, easy deployment over an existing network infrastructure (most businesses these days already have an existing network in place) and PoE (Power Over Ethernet) instead of having to run a separate cable just for power.

Standard Definition Camera Systems
This is the tried and true system that has been around for over 20 years. Very cost effective and simple to install. At OS Tech Group our main bread and butter for years before the dawn of the IP camera was Standard Definition Camera Systems. With over 1000 installs under our belt, with systems ranging from mom and pop gas stations to 400,000 square foot warehouses we can design and install a system at any location to fit your needs and budget.
Custom Built DVRs and NVRs
All of our PC based DVRs and NVRs are custom built by us. Over the years we have found that a standard PC you might pickup from Best Buy is not always optimal for your camera system. Unlike a standard office or home based PC your DVR/NVR will be running 24/7 reading and writing video to your hard drives. Not all computer components are created equal, with lots of testing and years of experience building our systems we have found the best parts to use for each type of application whether it be a Standard Definition Camera System or an IP based Camera System.
All of our OS Tech Group Custom Built DVRs and NVRs come with a 3 year parts warranty and go through a battery of stress tests for 24 straight hours before being deployed to the site for customer use.
